Andersen Ironwork

For this commission I was approached by Andersen Ironwork, a company based in Hersden, Kent, to create a design for their work van. I have previously created vehicle signage design works so this was something I was very much looking forward to creating.

The owner of the company had an existing type part of the logo which he wanted to keep. He also wanted to add a graphic to the existing type logo which he had in mind of how he wanted it to look. The graphic he wanted consisted of the letter 'A' sitting on top of an I beam and a set of railings, which relates back to what he offers as a company. He also wanted to keep his existing colour scheme of orange and grey which I feel works nicely and really stands out printed on the side of the van. The van signage itself was kept to a simplistic design, working within the constraints the van had to offer.
